  • A Magical Experience

    We were lucky enough to have Chef Ash privately cook for us at our small elopement this past week — what a guy, and what a cook!

    The food was absolutely incredible as we danced our way through grazing plates, two mains, and sides. From prawns to oysters, lamb to pork belly, and the most amazing burrata, every dish was bursting with flavour. The sides were so magical, we haven’t stopped talking about the experience since.

    The customer service during the booking process was next-level — the team was always so friendly and accommodating.

    We’ll never forget this beautiful experience with Knockin' Gnocchi and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something a little more magical than the rest. Thanks, team!

    Incredibly Delicious

    Just wanted to send a quick thank you for the wonderful dinner we had tonight! Everything was perfectly on time, beautifully presented, and honestly, it was all so incredibly delicious. The flavours were sensational — we were absolutely delighted.

    The clean-up was super quick too — it was like the food had never even been there. Such a fantastic addition to our weekend.

THE MARCANTELLI’S

Ash and Laura Marcantelli started Knocking Gnocchi with a straightforward idea: to serve simple, good food that brings people together. Drawing on Ash’s Italian background and years of experience in professional kitchens, they built a catering business focused on handmade pasta and seasonal, crowd-pleasing meals.
